Hannei Kugutsu (16 to 17) was found by her Akechi about 2 years ago. She claims to have amnesia but is a human that must have been distorted by mementos. She tends to copy people she’s around, in either vocal ticks, social ques, and sometimes even stance.
Her Goro Akechi is helping her discover what happened to her and who she was. His current theory is that she tends to mirror most she encounters, but the aspects that ‘stick’ seem to come from him and those he’s formed a bond with (social links but he doesn’t know their name yet)

One thing she is absolutely certain on is she will help Akechi in any way she can
